SEARCH is usually the most effective way of targeting and selecting the

Initially we would meet your key decision-makers and visit your company
in order to build a well-rounded picture of the characteristics and skills

HEADSTART. This approach can be particularly effective when you want to
use a focused search to target a few key companies or competitors only,
where a particular skill set or experience is known to exist.
The search process:
