The staffing process:
We take the time to understand your business, your work environment and any challenges that a potential candidate might face. We prefer to meet with you face-to-face to get to know your company representatives and to capture information about your resource needs first hand. Don't expect to be sent CV's willy-nilly. Until we understand your needs in some detail, it would be pointless sending a batch of hopefuls. Our success is the ability and skill to provide you with 3 meaningful excellent candidates, who have not only been screened properly, but actually want to join your company. We cover all of the potential red-flag issues, like "buy-backs" interview offers for personal gain with existing companies etc. Our candidates will know all about your opportunity, because we have imparted the same level of enthusiasm and honesty about the role from the outset.
We tap into our networks of active candidates as well as passive resources, not currently in the job market.
We carefully screen our candidates to ensure they have the right skills, certifications and experience. We ensure that they will fit within your organisation or we won't bother you.
We will advise you about the candidate prior to interview and you can ask as many questions as you like, because we will have met them and be fully up to speed in every detail. This deep understanding ensures that your time isn't wasted.
Candidate Selection & Final Vetting
Once a candidate is selected we conduct reference checking and we will perform background screening if necessary. Depending on the level of appointment, this may include: Criminal Record checks, GAP verification, Drugs and Alcohol screening etc.
Post Hire Support
We want to ensure a smooth transition of your new employee and remain available to support the on-boarding process and address any questions or concerns during the first few months.
